This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. Using this format, no separate presolicitation is required and this announcement constitutes the only solicitation.
Solicitation number 12363N26Q4043 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Grand Cut-to-Length Stewardship IRSC (Integrated Resource Service Contract). Award shall be made under the R5 Pacific Southwest Stewardship BPA. Only current BPA holders will be eligible to submit quotes. An open-continuous RFQ is posted on sam.gov for the R5 Pacific Southwest Stewardship BPA. Vendors interested in being awarded a BPA should respond to RFQ Number: 12363N22Q4055.
Across 82 acres, using Cut-to-Length logging systems that operate on a bed of slash, included sawtimber shall be cut, processed, forwarded to landings and hauled off-Forest. In one unit, high stumps shall be treated. Small trees shall be thinned and standing dead shall be cut and all material removed to landings. Small fuels and existing dead and down material shall be treated by mastication and/or removed to landings. Biomass and cull logs shall be hauled off-Forest.
