Grande Spirit Foundation is inviting qualified mechanical contractors to submit bids for the Wild Rose Manor & Villas Heating & DHW System Upgrade located in Grande Prairie, Alberta. The project generally consists of the replacement of existing natural gas boilers, installation of new high efficiency condensing boilers, indirect domestic hot water tanks, pumps, controls integration, venting upgrades, and associated mechanical system modifications within occupied seniors housing facilities. Work includes demolition, installation, testing, commissioning, coordination of required shutdowns, permits, inspections, and all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the project in accordance with the tender drawings and specifications prepared by J.
