GRAY WATER DISPOSAL FOR EXERCISE NORTHERN STRIKE 26-2

This contract supports Exercise Northern Strike 26-2 at Oscoda-Wurtsmith Airport by requiring the provision of comprehensive graywater disposal services from August 1 to August 13, 2026, with equipment setup on August 2 and teardown by the end of August 13. The contractor is responsible for supplying and maintaining two 1,000-gallon holding tanks, collecting and transporting graywater generated from field feeding, showers, and laundry activities, and disposing of it at an approved treatment plant. Graywater must be removed twice daily between 10:00 AM–12:00 PM and 7:00 PM–9:00 PM, with an estimated daily volume of 2,500 to 3,000 gallons and a maximum daily cap of 3,500 gallons. The contractor must hold valid HAZMAT waste certification for public road transport, deliver it within 10 days of award, and replace any unserviceable tanks within two hours of notification. All equipment, labor, vehicles, supervision, storage, tools, and materials not provided by the government are the contractor’s responsibility.
