This contract is in support of Exercise Northern Strike (NS) 26-2 at OWA. Set up on 2 Aug 2026. 1 – 13 August 26 services outlined in the DOS shall be required. Tear down and pack up equipment on 13 August 2026.  The Contractor will provide professional services, supervision, equipment, vehicles, labor, tools, quality control, storage, transportation, and furnish all supplies and materials, not provided by the Government, required for the supply and removal of Graywater from Oscoda-Wurtsmith Airport (OWA) to a water treatment plant.
