Notice is hereby given that Texas Parks and WildlifeDepartment (TPWD) is accepting bids for a livestock-grazing lease at the PaloDuro Canyon State Park, located in Randall and Armstrong Counties, Texas.Acreage to be included in the lease will be approximately threethousand four hundred sixty-five (3,465) acres. Pasture areas include the UpperMesquite Mesa (1,523 acres), Lower Mesquite Mesa (523 acres) and Cita Canyon (1,419acres).ATTENTION:Due to the topography of the area, the grazing lease area is landlockedproperty that does not touch a public roadway and has no vehicular accessexcept by crossing the Lighthouse Ranch, a private property. Therefore, thissolicitation is being advertised under Texas Government Code, Section 2155.067.TPWD believes that the service is proprietary to one vendor and/or to thespecification. Only responses conforming exactly to these specificationswill be considered in determining an award. TPWD strongly encourages responsesfrom all qualified vendors who may be able to provide the specified service.
