Green Diversity, LLC

The Department of Cannabis Control has approved a commercial cannabis nursery license for Green Diversity, LLC, located at 3776 Electro Way, Redding, California, on parcel APN 054-200-064-000. This new nursery license will operate in conjunction with an existing medium indoor cultivation license, identified as DCC license number LCA24-0000047. The project is authorized under Business and Profession Code Section 26012 and is managed by the Department of Cannabis Control Environmental Evaluation Office. Under the California Environmental Quality Act guidelines, the project has been granted a Class 32 Categorical Exemption as an in-fill development. This determination is based on the project being located within city limits on a site of no more than five acres, consistency with general plan and zoning regulations, and the lack of significant environmental impacts regarding traffic, noise, air quality, or water quality. Additionally, the site is confirmed to have no value as a habitat for endangered or threatened species and can be adequately served by existing public utilities and services.
