Full Description

This project at the WSU greenhouse facilities will replace the Argus Classic control system with the Argus Titan system. Demolition of the Classic system and installation of the Titan system will occur throughout multiple greenhouse research buildings all in close proximity to each other on the Pullman campus. Please see sheet E1.1 of the bid set of drawings for the breakdown of “phases” and Argus controller locations. Base bid is Phase 1: Head end equipment (Access Point (AP)) and controllers C3, C4, C5, and C6 across the complex of buildings. Contract Time shall be 45 Days from Notice to Proceed to Substantial Completion. Proposals MUST BE based on this Contract Time. Project Physical Location on the Pullman Campus Bid Estimate: $525,000.00 - $575,000.00 Alternate 1 (Phase 2) Add the installation of controllers C1 and C2. Alternate 2 (Phase 3) Add the installation of controllers C7, C8, C9, C10, and C11 (Controller C6 is part of the base bid scope).
