Update: Modification #1 includes 2 actions (1) The merge of RhinoAg LLC into Bush Hog LLC, where the RhinoAg LLC Master Agreement is assigned and made part of the Bush Hog LLC Master Agreement and (2) Bush Hog LLC's name changed to Alamo Group Ag Americas LLC. The Commonwealth of Virginia, in furtherance of the NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Purchasing Program, has established new Master Agreements with suppliers of Ground Maintenance Equipment for all Participating States. These new Master Agreements may be used by state governments (including departments, agencies, institutions), institutions of higher education, political subdivisions (i.e., colleges, school districts, counties, cities, etc.), the District of Columbia, territories of the United States, and other eligible entities subject to approval of the individual state procurement director and compliance with local statutory and regulatory provisions.
