Ground Maintenance Equipment (2025-2029)

The Commonwealth of Virginia has established a five-year Master Agreement through the NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Purchasing Program for Ground Maintenance Equipment covering the period from 2025 to 2029 under solicitation number NASPO-ADT-172. This agreement allows eligible entities including state governments, departments, agencies, institutions of higher education, political subdivisions such as counties and school districts, the District of Columbia, U.S. territories, and other approved organizations to procure a wide range of equipment across six defined categories: Commercial Mowers, Tractors, Utility Vehicles, Golf Equipment, Turf Equipment, and Handheld Equipment. Participation is subject to compliance with each entity’s local procurement laws and approval by the respective state procurement director, ensuring flexibility while maintaining regulatory integrity. The agreement leverages the efficiency and cost-savings of a cooperative procurement model, enabling participating entities to access competitively priced equipment without conducting individual solicitations. An update to the agreement includes the consolidation of RhinoAg LLC into Bush Hog LLC, with the former’s master agreement fully transitioned under the latter’s contract. Subsequently, Bush Hog LLC changed its legal name to Alamo Group Ag Americas LLC, and all references to the prior entity are now under the new legal name. The agreement is administered by the Commonwealth of Virginia through its Department of General Services with Anna Croak serving as Lead State Administrator, and supported by NASPO personnel including Alonna Vinson as Program Manager and Tanya Campbell as Senior Executive Manager. The solicitation was posted on November 1, 2024, with responses accepted until October 31, 2026, allowing ample time for eligible participants to evaluate and adopt the agreements. All procurement activities must align with the cooperative framework and current contractual terms as published through the NASPO ValuePoint portal.
