******************************AMENDMENT 0002************************** The purpose of this amendment is to Provide answers to questions received during and following the site visit conducted on 21May 2026, Add Attachment 11- Wage Determination: WD #2015-4511 Rev No. 33, Add Attachments 12 and 13 (Parameter Maps of FS & HAAF) & 14 (Parameter Maps of Ranges), Extend the date of proposal submission, and Provide site visit sign in sheet.
*****************************AMENDMENT 0001*************************** The purpose of this amendment is to Incorporate updated Wage Determinations, Change solicitation submission instructions, Incorporate required clauses that were omitted during the initial issuance due to system constraints, Establish Site Visit date and time, Establish submittal date and time for questions.
(i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number W9124M-26-R-A007 is issued as a RFP for Grounds Maintenance for Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, GA.

(iii) This is a non-personal services contract to provide grounds maintenance services for the U.S. Army Garrison Fort Stewart (FS) and Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF), Georgia. The Contractor shall inspect, service, maintain, and landscape grounds. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform all grounds maintenance service tasks and frequencies as described and defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).
(iv) Period of Performance: The base period of performance will be from 01 November 2026 to 31 August 2027. This includes a 2-month phase-in period from 01 September 2026 to 31 October 2026, followed by four (4) one-year option periods beginning each 01 September thereafter.
