This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 


Solicitation number 12639526Q0122 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Grounds Maintenance Services for USDA, AMS, Cotton & Tobacco Program located at 3275 Appling Road, Memphis, TN 38133. USDA intends to award a five (5) year IDIQ contract for grounds maintenance services as a result of this solicitation.


The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561730  The small business size standard is $9.5 Million. This acquisition is set-aside for SBA Certified Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Businesses (EDWOSB). All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. 


An optional site visit is available for Vendors on Friday, May 8, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. CDT.
