San Luis Obispo County is implementing the Growth Management Ordinance Update and Annual Allocation for Calendar Year 2025, identified by County File Number LRP2025-00003 and identifier ED25-0244. The primary scope of this initiative includes conducting an annual review of the county growth rate for new dwelling units for the 2025 calendar year, establishing the growth rate for the 2026 calendar year, and amending Title 26 of the County Code.
