The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease office space in Pensacola, Florida, within a well-defined area bounded by Cervantes Street to the north, Main Street to the south, 9th Avenue to the east, and De Villiers Street to the west. The space requirements specify a minimum of approximately 26,760 usable square feet and a maximum of 30,500 square feet. The lease term is set for up to five years with no option term required, and the space must include nine surface parking spaces. The government mandates that the offered space complies with fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards, and it must not be located within the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain. Additionally, a fully serviced lease arrangement is required. This solicitation arises as the current government office space lease in Pensacola nears expiration, prompting the GSA to evaluate alternative locations based on economic viability and associated relocation costs, including move expenses, tenant improvements, telecommunications infrastructure, and potential downtime. Interested parties are invited to submit expressions of interest by June 8, 2026, with an estimated market survey on June 15 and an anticipated occupancy date of July 15, 2026. Communications about the lease opportunity should be directed to the Lease Contracting Officer, Keitra E. Harris, and entities are encouraged to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) if not already registered. Prospective lessors must also be aware of telecommunications prohibitions under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act as reflected in the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
