Additional Requirements:
- Offered space must be contiguous on a single floor.
- If offered space is above the ground floor, building must be equipped with an elevator.
- Buildings must be located 1,000 feet away from churches, childcare facilities, flood plain areas, power plants, electrical transformers farms, night clubs, bars and in close proximity to airport radar dishes and aircraft flight paths.
- Offeror must be willing to install fencing to secure parking spaces.
- Offered buildings and offered space will be evaluated by agency security team on a case by case basis.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).

Expressions of interest must include the following:
- Building name and address;
- Contact information and e-mail address of offeror’s representative;
- ABOA SF and rentable square feet available (identifying the specific floors and square footage on each, with Common Area Factor) and its condition (shell or built-out);
- Asking full-service rental rate per ABOA SF and RSF;
- A description of additional tenant concessions offered, if any;
- Date space will be ready for commencement of tenant improvements;
- Evidence that the offered space will meet the other specific requirements identified herein; and
- Submission by anyone other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by written consent from the ownership granting authority to the representative in providing the information to the Government.
