The Department of Defense through the FA4803 20 Cons Lgca office is seeking information for a Total Small Business Set-Aside under FAR 19.5 to upgrade and maintain a commercial-grade vehicle wash rack system at Charleston AFB, South Carolina, with primary performance occurring at Shaw AFB, SC. The intent is to procure and install a new system including two cold water pressure washers, a three-motor stainless steel vacuum system, an auto start/stop system, remote control box, hour meter, and stationary wall mount bracket, while simultaneously removing and properly disposing of legacy equipment in compliance with federal, state, and base-specific hazardous waste regulations. The scope encompasses full installation, operational testing, and validation of all components to ensure compliance with OSHA standards, Air Force regulations, National Electrical Code requirements, and manufacturer specifications, with all electrical work reviewed for safety and functionality. A mandatory monthly preventative maintenance schedule is required, beginning on the first Wednesday of each month no later than 1:00 PM, with the contractor expected to provide on-site service, repairs, or replacement parts within 48 hours of a request, Monday through Friday during standard business hours. The contractor must designate a primary Contract Manager to serve as the single point of contact and submit their contact details to the Contracting Officer upon award, with availability to meet on-site within two business days of notification.
