Guenoc Valley Mixed-Use Planned Development Project

The Guenoc Valley Mixed-Use Planned Development Project, identified by solicitation number DA24-01, is a phased development in Middletown, Lake County, California, led by applicant Lotusland Investment Holdings Inc. The project encompasses the construction of resort facilities, including residential units, boutique hotels, neighborhood-serving retail, restaurants, open space, and off-site workforce housing. A key component of the development is the Anasu Farms Tentative Subdivision Map, which involves eight phases and the creation of 34 new parcels, including 30 resort residential, one commercial, and three facilities parcels, along with six peripheral parcels and a community clubhouse. Infrastructure work is a critical part of the project, specifically the Guenoc Ranch Tier 2 and 3 Roads, which involves widening and realigning existing roadways to meet safety standards, constructing new crossings, and repairing or installing 11 culverts.
