This project shall restore the Seabees Memorial along Memorial Avenue in Arlington, Virginia reflecting design documents completed through A/E contract in FY25. Panels shall be removed and catalogued. The structure of the memorial behind the facade will be completely rehabilitated, including new anchoring system, superstructure repairs, and drainage enhancements.  The re-built memorial will tell the story of the U.S. Naval Construction Forces (NCF), AKA Seabees, for generations to come.
