Glenmont Job Corps Center is seeking qualified contractors for the replacement of three existing oil-fired hot water boilers (Boilers #2, #3, and #4) located in Building 7 – Gymnasium and Recreation Building, Glenmont, NY. The project includes removal and replacement of the existing boilers, associated mechanical piping, electrical work, controls, insulation, asbestos abatement, testing, startup, commissioning, training, warranties, and related work required to provide a complete and operational boiler system. The Center will remain operational during construction, and work must be sequenced to maintain required boiler availability.
