Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Government's requirements for common terrain following/terrain avoidance (TF/TA) radars for use on multiple Special Operations Forces (SOF) aviation platforms. This determination of only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements is in accordance with 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. The purpose of this procurement action is to award a follow-on multi-year contract without competition to Raytheon Company, Cage Code 96214.
