This is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under NAICS code 236220. Award will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) selection process. To be considered technically acceptable, offerors must demonstrate relevant past performance in hospital construction, provide a qualified site superintendent and safety officer with at least five years of experience, and submit a comprehensive safety plan for working in an active healthcare facility. Compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act and specific subcontracting limitations is required, mandating that no more than 85% of government payments be made to non-SDVOSB or non-VOSB firms.
