ProVention Health will develop a fully customized online health and lifestyle training platform, branded exclusively for the District of Columbia Department of Health and its authorized affiliates, replicating the structure and functionality of its existing HALT DPP system. The platform will include a responsive website, mobile applications, administrative and executive dashboards, and tailored user interfaces designed to empower DC Health to deliver in-house virtual health programs across the District. All branding elements—including logos, color schemes, messaging, and program content—will be uniquely configured for DC Health, ensuring a distinct identity while retaining the full suite of technical capabilities from the original platform. The solution will enable District providers and partner organizations to deploy scalable, digital health curricula and educational content directly to their communities, facilitating virtual access to lifestyle intervention services. The platform will support content management, participant engagement, progress tracking, and administrative oversight, allowing DC Health to maintain full control over program delivery, updates, and user experience. This initiative aims to strengthen public health outreach by providing a centralized, branded digital toolset that aligns with the District’s goals for community-based health promotion and disease prevention.
