Full Description

The Naval Special Warfare Command intends to award a sole source contract under solicitation number H92240-14-Q-H001 to Persistent Systems, LLC. This procurement action is being conducted under FAR Subpart 12 for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority cited in FAR 6.302-1.
