The United States Air Force (Aviano AB) intends to negotiated sole source with ClinicCom, Intl for the following services: - 1 ea BD-FMS bedside fetal monitoring data acquisition software: single-bed software to acquire data from any supported fetal monitor. - 1 ea FMRD-24 fetal monitor remote display 24" embedded FMRD control A 24" display desk mount. - 1 ea ESS-FMRD single user license: fetal monitoring remote display single user license. - 9 ea INS-DAS data acquisition device and related software installation: hourly rate for installation and related software installation. - 1 ea TRAVOOP intstallation services See attached: Justification for Other then Full and Open Competition and MHS Interim Inpatient Documentation System. This purchase will enable our service to continue without interruption. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 20 December 2012 timeframe. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on only one source providing this service. Responses to this notice are solely within the discretion of the Government.
