Full Description

The Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1 entitled, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements", as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, this announcement constitutes the only solicitation; any offers will be considered; however, it is the Government's intent to award a sole-source purchase order to Gleason Research Associates, Inc. This procurement is for the purchase of a Auto Scan Tracking System. (ASTS). ASTS has been tailored specifically for the DOD/DA as an end user to interface to PBUSE. ASTS currently fills the gap in capabilities of PBUSE and DPAS, allowing users to manage Hand Receipt data with over 200 fields and the ability to auto populate over 25 standardized DOD forms. ASTS provides organizations with an Enterprise property management solution that allows visibility of all assets in one system. Delivery must be no later than 7 days after date of award and will continue for one year, in order to meet the Army requirements. No other brands will be accepted IAW (FAR) 3.302-1(c)(1).
