Hawley Road (CR 170) Over Red Creek Bridge replacement

Wayne County and the Village of Red Creek are soliciting sealed bids for the replacement of the Hawley Road (CR 170) bridge over Red Creek in New York. The scope of work includes the removal of the existing bridge and the installation of a precast concrete voided slab structure supported by cast-in-place abutments, along with necessary stream work and highway approach improvements. Construction will follow the existing alignment and require an off-site detour to maintain traffic flow. The project must be substantially complete and open to traffic by October 30, 2027, with a total project duration of 150 days from the notice to proceed. Bids are due by 2:00 PM on October 22, 2026, and must be submitted to the Village of Red Creek Office. Mandatory submission requirements include a non-collusion statement, a proposed DBE commitment form, and a bid guaranty of at least 5% of the bid amount.
