Funds for this state funded project are authorized by H.B. 1908, Section 36. This section authorizes Ten Million Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($10,300,000.00) to be allocated for the purpose of providing reimbursable grants from the Office Against Interpersonal Violence as described in this section. The funds appropriated under this section shall be expended by the State Department of Health as a reimbursable grant. In determining reimbursable expenses, the State Department of Health shall use allowable costs as defined by the Office Against Interpersonal Violence. Of the funds in this section, up to Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00) may be used by the department for administration of these funds.
