It is also the place where many Vermonters can access federal tax credits and cost-sharing reductions to help pay for the cost of their coverage. Assisters are an integral piece to the Vermont Health insurance landscape. As a key supportive network, Assisters have helped guide Vermonters through the various changes and options since the start of Vermont Health Connect. Vermont Health Connect will continue to provide assistance through its Navigator Program for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
