Bid #FC-2526-19: The project requires a qualified firm to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services for the relocation and conversion of a modular classroom building for a new Head Start program at Nuffer Elementary School. The work is divided into two phases: Phase One involves a feasibility study, conceptual design, cost estimating, and support for a LACOE 1303 funding application. Phase Two, contingent on funding approval, covers full design development, construction documents, DSA approval management, and construction administration.
