1. Synopsis of Work
The Portland District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to issue a commercial solicitation for the purchase and installation of three (3) heavy-duty rolling service doors and electric operators at the Bonneville Lock and Dam project.

5. Contracting Officer Authority

If an individual other than the Contracting Officer attempts to make changes to the terms and conditions of this contract, the contractor shall not proceed with the change and shall immediately notify the Contracting Officer. Proceeding with any work not authorized by the Contracting Officer will be at the Contractor's sole risk.
