Master Agreement 081325-HND is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract between Sourcewell, a Minnesota service cooperative, and Hendrick Automotive Group. The supplier is responsible for ensuring all vehicles are new, current models, and delivered fully operational to the participating entity. The contract was awarded based on a best-value trade-off methodology, evaluating pricing, solution depth, delivery capability, marketing plans, and financial viability. Hendrick Automotive Group has certified its status as a small business with various socioeconomic designations, including MBE, WBE, DOBE, VBE, SDVOB, and WOSB. Compliance is required with several federal and state regulations, including the Buy American Act, the Davis-Bacon Act, and various anti-lobbying and anti-terrorism financial restrictions.
