A Request for Information (RFI) has been issued through the GSA Market Research as a Service (MRAS) survey tool www.gsa.gov/mras on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Mission Acquisition Solutions (OMAS), GSA is conducting market research to understand capabilities related to providing the below requirement.



HHS/OMAS on behalf of the Indian Health Services (IHS) is conducting market research to identify qualified Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) and Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) sources for set-aside. Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C. 47) applies.



BACKGROUND: Seeking ISBEE and IEE sources in accordance with Buy Indian Act in support of Indian Health Service (IHS) to the Native American population of the Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate of the Lake Traverse Reservation. Brand name or equal TASKalfa MZ5001ci printer/copier lease and maintenance. Base period plus four (4) option periods pursuant to FAR 52.217-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract).


The purpose of the RFI is to gather input from industry on the solutions and services available in the marketplace and to see ISBEE/IEE interest and capabilities.


The purpose of this notice/RFI is for market research purposes only, with the intent to identify 
companies that are 51% or more Native American or Alaska Native-owned companies interested in and 
capable of meeting the government’s stated requirement. All interested vendors are encouraged to 
respond. All respondents are required to provide the following:



o A copy of your capability statement that clearly outlines how your company can meet the 
government’s need, and
o A signed copy of the IEE Representation Form.
