DLA Contracting Services Office (DCSO) is in the acquisition planning phase for potential up to 60-month lease of 54 A4 multi-functional devices (MFDs) for locations in Germany. The services associated with the leased devices sought are delivery, full-service maintenance, including all consumable supplies (excluding paper), relocation, technical refresh, removal, reports, network functionality, and network security.DCSO is requesting Industry feedback to the following:1) Please provide product specification sheets for MFDs which meet or exceed the specifications identified in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).2) Please provide estimated monthly lease pricing for devices as described in the draft PWS.3) Advise whether your company can meet all requirements of the draft PWS or clearly identify any exceptionsAny additional feedback is appreciated and will be considered by DCSO.See Attachment 1 Draft PWS
