High Speed, Low Temperature Hyperspectral Imager for High Enthalpy Ground Testing

The United States Air Force is soliciting proposals under solicitation DAF27BZ06-NV006 for the development of a High Speed, Low Temperature Hyperspectral Imager for High Enthalpy Ground Testing. The objective is to provide the Arnold Engineering Development Complex with a method to resolve surface temperature and emissivity across test articles. The project is structured in two phases: Phase I focuses on feasibility research and a benchtop proof-of-concept, while Phase II involves the fabrication of an operationally viable prototype. This is a Small Business Innovation Research set-aside with a Phase I award maximum value of 300,000 dollars, typically awarded as a Firm-Fixed-Price contract.
