Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the Bureau of Prisons, FCI McDowell intends to issue a firm-fixed price award to BioHiTech America, LLC in the amount of $35,000 to furnish and install a High Volume Organic Decomposition System - Eco-Safe 1200. FCI McDowell has determined this product will best meet the needs/requirements of the institution's recycling program. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to future requirements. This notice is not a request for quotes and no written solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
