Solicitation # PANMCC26P0000057395
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Yuma Proving Ground is conducting market research to support the procurement of infrastructure maintenance and support subscription services for the ASTRO 25 Land Mobile Radio (LMR) network at Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona. The government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract on a sole-source basis to Motorola Solutions, Inc. due to the proprietary nature of the P25 digital system and the need for Original Equipment Manufacturer resources to ensure compliance with Department of Defense Instruction 8500 Information Assurance requirements. The scope of work includes 24/7/365 remote technical support, OEM-level diagnostics, advanced repair and return services for proprietary components, and the delivery of System Upgrade Agreement II updates to maintain cybersecurity and network operations. The requirement is classified under NAICS code 811210 for Communication Equipment Repair and Maintenance Services. Key deliverables include quarterly STIG updates, an integrated vulnerability scanning hardware solution with remediation services, and the appointment of a Program Manager and Alternate Manager. Performance standards are based on ISO 9001 and TL 9000, with quality measured against a Performance Requirements Summary.
