Perform Lighting Repair and Replacement Operations pursuant to the terms of this Contract and at the direction of the Department. CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE DOCUMENTATION: Expertise and Experience is required in the performance of Highway Lighting. The Experience in Highway Lighting Form (850-070-11) must be filled out and submitted with the bid. The form must be signed by the owner of the company or a company officer and dated in the space provided on the form. 1. NO PRE-BID WILL BE HELD FOR THIS CONTRACT. 2. Award is contingent upon legislative budget approval and availability of funds. 3. Awarded Contractor must execute documents within 10 days. 4.
