State/local procurement requirements: Vendors must submit a sealed bid. USD 410 must receive it at the USD 410 District Office at 416 S. Date St., Hillsboro, Kansas 67063 no later than Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Bids received via e-mail, fax, etc. will not be accepted. All bids shall be clearly marked "Technology Bid - Access Points" on the outside of the envelope or package. Provide the equipment in the RFP or call out changes if substituting alternatives. SPAM and/or robotic responses will not be considered valid bid responses and will be disqualified from consideration. Vendor shall agree to do SPI discounts.
