Healthcare Materials Management Services (HMMS), acting on behalf of St. Joseph’s Health Care London, is soliciting architectural services for a two-phase project involving the construction of a new parking garage and the subsequent demolition of an existing parking structure and associated site works. The project is based on an estimated construction cost of 90 million dollars, and the successful proponent will be required to sign an OAA Document 6 Standard Form of Contract for Architect’s Services.
