The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), through its Economic and Market Analysis Division, is seeking a subscription to a dynamic real estate data and analytics platform to support housing market research and reporting across the United States. The required service must provide up to 50 licensed user accounts with unrestricted online access to comprehensive home sales data, including transaction-level details such as buyer and seller names, property addresses, sale prices, sale types, square footage, lender information, and builder details for new construction. The platform must be accessible via HUD-approved software on both HUD-issued and personal computers, offer full data download capabilities in Excel-compatible formats such as CSV or XLSX, update data electronically at least twice monthly, and include intuitive tools for querying, saving, sharing, and visualizing data in tables, graphs, or charts.
