Home Visiting System Request for Proposals (RFP)

The Connecticut Office of Early Childhood is soliciting proposals under solicitation OEC-26-HVS to establish a Home Visiting System aimed at improving maternal, infant, and early childhood outcomes. Awarded contractors will be required to use the CORE-CT online system for fiscal reporting and provide quarterly programmatic and financial updates. Mandatory submission documents include audited financial statements for the last three years, an organizational chart, and various certifications regarding conflicts of interest and campaign contributions.
