The Department of National Defence is seeking a single unit of a HOSE ASSEMBLY, AIR DUCT, AIR BREATHING with NSN 01-431-9623, Part Number CAN-45E, and NCAGE 58501 to be delivered by 31 March 2027 to 25 CFSD Montreal at 6363 rue Notre-Dame Est, Montreal, QC H1N 3V9. The item must be new, sourced from the original manufacturer or an authorized agent, and fully compliant with the latest applicable drawings, specifications, and part number descriptions in effect at the bid closing date. Equivalent or substitute products are permitted but must include the brand name, model or part number, and NCAGE code of the offering. All packaging must adhere to Canadian Forces standards D-LM-008-036/SF-000 and D-LM-008-001/SF-001, with each unit packed individually in accordance with Annex A. Marking, labeling, and packaging data must comply with D-LM-008-002/SF-001, D2000C, D2001C, D2025C, D-LM-008-011/SF-001, and D3013C for wooden materials. The contractor must implement a quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015 and provide airworthiness documentation specific to the part category: a Certificate of Conformity from the OEM for military aircraft parts, or an authorized release certificate from recognized aviation authorities for civil-certified parts; standard or commercial parts require a packing slip with full supplier, part, and manufacturing details. The contract will be awarded using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable method, requiring all mandatory technical criteria to be met before price evaluation. In case of identical low bids, award preference is given to the earliest delivery date, followed by earliest bid receipt time, then overall bidder performance and after-sales service. The contractor must deliver Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) to the destination, including all Canadian customs duties, GST/HST, and exc
