Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) Material Supplier

This subcontract involves the supply of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) concrete for prime contractors working on projects for the Riverside County Transportation Department. The selected supplier is responsible for manufacturing the HMA at mixing plants and hauling the materials to construction sites located in Desert Hot Springs using heated dump trucks. All delivered materials must strictly adhere to the County of Riverside specifications for HMA concrete. The supplier is tasked with ensuring the delivery of the required volume of asphalt to the project site to support the completion of the transportation infrastructure work.
