This is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued by the Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Election Assistance Commission (EAC) for Hotel and Conference Services for EAC's Board of Advisors and Standards Board Meetings described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This notice has been prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested as described in - 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors and a hard-copy written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82. This RFP is being issued on an unrestricted basis to the open market, under NAICS 721110 Hotels (except casino hotels) and Motels that has a United States Small Business Administration size standard of $32,500,000.00 in annual revenue. Offerors shall submit a proposal in accordance with the requirements set forth in - 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors and the addendum thereto. It is anticipated that a single fixed price purchase order will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. Questions received on or before 2:00 pm, EST, Monday, March 2, 2020 at purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, with the subject line of "Questions for EAC-20-0015, Attn: BGUINN/DH" will be answered.
