Event Housing Management Services
Solicitation # 70US0927R70090003
The United States Secret Service, under the Department of Homeland Security, is seeking information through a sources-sought Request for Information for non-personal Event Housing Management Services. The objective is to identify capable sources to provide comprehensive lodging coordination for Federal law enforcement personnel during National Special Security Events and other high-visibility operations. The scope of work is extensive, potentially requiring the management of 10,000 to 30,000 rooms across 50 to 100 unique properties. Key responsibilities include lodging market analysis, hotel sourcing, negotiating room blocks, administering reservations and cancellations, and providing virtual or hybrid on-site support during event execution. The government is looking for contractors who can utilize technological solutions for occupancy reporting and reservation administration while maintaining strict confidentiality of personnel lodging assignments. While this is currently an RFI and not a formal solicitation, the agency indicates that a firm fixed-price contract would be the most likely vehicle. Responses are due by November 21, 2026, and must include specific company identifiers such as the UEI and Cage Code. For those seeking a small business set-aside, the contractor must ensure at least 50 percent of the personnel cost is expended for its own employees. Performance is expected to be measured against government-established service levels and performance metrics.
