Hotel Development in Downtown Douglasville

The City of Douglasville and the Douglasville Convention and Conference Center Authority are seeking experienced developers to construct and operate a hotel in downtown Douglasville, Georgia. The project is strategically located one block from the Douglasville Conference Center and two blocks from the Douglasville Town Green and Greystone Amphitheater. The envisioned hotel should feature a business center, fitness center, small sundry shop, and ample complimentary parking, with additional meeting spaces to complement the nearby conference center. This is a two-step selection process, with the first step requiring a Statement of Qualification and Conceptual Information (SQCP) due by September 21, 2026. Proposals will be evaluated on a 100-point scale, focusing on the overall conceptual vision (60 points), team experience and qualifications (20 points), and financial viability (20 points).
