Wolverhampton Homes Limited is seeking up to three providers for a four-year housing maintenance support contract under the JCT Measured Term Contract, with an estimated total value of 26.4 million pounds including VAT. The scope of work encompasses general building maintenance, electrical, roofing, and adaptation works for tenanted homes, empty voids, and communal areas. The contract is divided into three lots: Lot 1 covers planned and void works in North Wolverhampton with an estimated value of 8.4 million pounds; Lot 2 covers planned and void works in South Wolverhampton estimated at 12 million pounds; and Lot 3 covers city-wide responsive repairs, including works related to Awaab's Law and disrepair claims, estimated at 6 million pounds. To ensure business continuity, a single provider cannot be awarded both Lot 1 and Lot 2, and no provider may be awarded more than two lots in total. The award is based on the Most Advantageous Tender, with evaluation weightings varying by lot between commercial price, quality, and social value. Tenderers must meet minimum thresholds of 60 percent for quality and at least 2 out of 4 marks for social value to avoid exclusion. Required technical accreditations include Gas Safe registration, HSE licenses for asbestos works, and NICEIC, NAPIT, or ECA for electrical services. All works must adhere to the M3NHF Specification and the WH Material and Decency Scope. The estimated period of performance runs from May 3, 2027, to May 2, 2031, with a tender submission deadline of December 14, 2026.

Solicitation # 012-3143204-ST
The County of Orange, OC Community Resources, is soliciting competitive electronic bids for street sweeping and debris removal services at OC Parks facilities. The contract, identified as IFB 012-3143204-ST, requires the contractor to provide all labor, equipment, and disposal services for multi-use trails, bikeways, parking lots, and various access roads. The initial term begins May 5, 2027, for three calendar years, with a possible two-year renewal upon mutual agreement. Contractors must comply with California Labor Code prevailing wage requirements and maintain certifications including a valid UEI and D-U-N-S number. Performance and payment bonds are required, and the contractor must ensure at least 20 percent of the contract amount is allocated to DVBE subcontractors if applicable.
