The County of Orange, OC Community Resources, is soliciting competitive electronic bids for street sweeping and debris removal services at OC Parks facilities. The contract, identified as IFB 012-3143204-ST, requires the contractor to provide all labor, equipment, and disposal services for multi-use trails, bikeways, parking lots, and various access roads. The initial term begins May 5, 2027, for three calendar years, with a possible two-year renewal upon mutual agreement. Contractors must comply with California Labor Code prevailing wage requirements and maintain certifications including a valid UEI and D-U-N-S number. Performance and payment bonds are required, and the contractor must ensure at least 20 percent of the contract amount is allocated to DVBE subcontractors if applicable.
