HVAC and Roof Replacement, Building N, Patton State Hospital

The project involves a full-scale replacement of the roofing and HVAC systems at Building N of Patton State Hospital in California, specifically targeting the removal and disposal of all existing built-up asphalt roofing materials including insulation, flashing, roof drains, pitch pockets, metal walkways, scuppers, gutters, and downspouts. In their place, a new PVC membrane roofing system will be installed along with new insulation, flashing, roof drains, walk pads, scuppers, gutters, and downspouts to ensure long-term durability and waterproofing performance. The work will encompass all aspects of the roof assembly to restore structural integrity and meet current building standards. Additionally, the HVAC scope requires the complete removal and replacement of all penthouse units and rooftop units, along with the associated ductwork that connects to the building’s interior systems.
