HVAC Asset Inventory

The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is soliciting proposals from licensed and qualified mechanical contractors to provide ongoing preventative maintenance services for all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across its owned facilities. Bidders must participate in a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for August 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the 4th Floor Conference Room at City Hall to ensure a full understanding of the scope and requirements. All submissions must be made electronically through the City’s official electronic bidding system; paper, email, or faxed responses will not be accepted. Proposals are due by August 24, 2026, at 9:00 p.m. and must adhere strictly to the formatting and submission guidelines outlined in the solicitation, identified as RFP2027-08 Addendum 1.
