Bidders who opt to utilize DVBE participation are eligible to receive DVBE incentive. A mandatory walk-through will be held on MONDAY, MAY 11, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the CHP SOUTHERN DIVISION ISU located at 437 North Vermont Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90004.
