Services, non-personal, to provide heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) preventive maintenance services at the National Weather Service (NWS) Forecast Offices in South Burlington, VT and Colchester, VT.
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Base Period of performance for this requirement is Date of Award through 06/30/2027.
Option Period 1 for a twelve (12) month period 07/01/2027 through 06/30/2028.

Option Period 3 for a twelve (12) month period 07/01/2029 through 06/30/2030.
Option Period 4 for a twelve (12) month period 07/01/2030 through 06/30/2031.
The Base Period start date is estimated to be a date 06/25/2026 through 07/01/2026. If there is a significant delay in awarding this contract, a shortened base period of performance may be utilized or an updated quote may be requested with a new 12-month base year and corresponding option years.
