McMaster University invites qualified proponents to submit proposals for the supply, delivery, installation, and removal of HVAC System Air Filters and related services under this Request for Proposal (RFP). Installation and removal services are guaranteed for the initial one (1) year term only. Beyond the initial term, the University reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, reduce, or discontinue installation and removal services, in whole or in part, based on operational requirements.The Proponent must be capable of supporting the following service models, as required by the University: Full-Service Model: Includes supply, delivery, installation, removal, and reporting of HVAC air filters. Reduced Service Model: Includes supply, delivery, and removal/disposal of used filters, without installation services The term of this agreement will be for an initial period of one (1) year. At the University’s sole discretion, the agreement may be renewed annually for up to an additional three (3) one-year terms, based on the successful Proponent’s performance and continued operational requirements. All Proponents must have obtained the RFP from www.Merx.com (MERX®). Failure to have obtained the RFP from MERX®. will result in disqualification.
